My career began as a Software Engineer and evolved into senior leadership roles across global multinational companies, including Union Carbide, Sandoz (Novartis), Unilever, PwC, Johnson & Johnson, and Heinz. Over four decades, I progressed from an individual contributor to senior executive positions such as CTO, CIO, and Regional Director, serving on senior management boards.
During 22 years in the C-suite, I led transformative initiatives that shaped organizational strategy, strengthened technology infrastructure, and delivered measurable business value across Asia Pacific and beyond.
I had the privilege of guiding 27 leaders, many of whom advanced to senior management and C-suite roles. These experiences across industries and organizational contexts give me the credibility and practical wisdom to coach leaders through their most critical challenges.

After retiring from corporate leadership in 2019, I transitioned into full-time executive coaching. Today, I partner with emerging and senior leaders—from senior managers to CEOs—to help them navigate complexity, expand their leadership capability, and deliver sustained impact.
This transition allows me to leverage my 40 years of experience to help the next generation of leaders succeed. My corporate background gives me the credibility to understand the real challenges leaders face, while my coaching training enables me to guide them toward sustainable growth and impact.
