My career began as a Software Engineer and evolved into senior leadership roles across global multinational companies, including Johnson & Johnson, PwC, Heinz, and Unilever. Over four decades, I progressed from an individual contributor to senior executive positions such as CTO, CIO, and Regional Director, serving on senior management boards.

During 22 years in the C-suite, I led transformative initiatives that shaped organizational strategy, strengthened technology infrastructure, and delivered measurable business value across Asia Pacific and beyond.

I had the privilege of mentoring 27 leaders across all levels, many of whom advanced to senior management and C-suite roles.

After retiring from corporate leadership in 2019, I transitioned into full-time executive coaching. Today, I partner with emerging and senior leaders—from senior managers to CEOs—to help them navigate complexity, expand their leadership capability, and deliver sustained impact.

I am the author of Growing as a Leader: The Inner Journey, a practical handbook distilling lessons from 40 years of corporate experience. I also share weekly leadership insights on LinkedIn, engaging with over 3,000 followers.
