  • Assessment-led insights (as relevant) - Use of Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0), leadership personality tools (Hogan), and VIA Character Strengths (Positive Psychology) to deepen self-understanding and accelerate growth.
  • Multi-stakeholder input (as relevant) - 360-degree feedback or selective stakeholder conversations to ground the coaching in organisational reality.
  • One-to-one coaching conversations (60-90 minutes) - Structured yet flexible sessions focused on thinking, self-awareness, decisions, and leadership behaviour in real situations.
  • Sharing practical tools, frameworks, and perspectives - Selective use of proven leadership, behavioural, and Positive Psychology tools to help leaders reframe situations, test assumptions, and make better choices.
  • Between-session reflection and accountability - Practical reflection prompts, action experiments, and follow-ups to embed learning in day-to-day leadership.
  • Progress tracking and outcomes review - Periodic review of progress against goals, behavioural shifts, and leadership impact.
  • Sponsor progress reviews (where applicable) - Three structured checkpoint conversations with the sponsor: Beginning (to align expectations and confirm the coaching agenda), Mid-point (to review progress and refine or approve goals), Closing (to review outcomes, achievements, and overall impact).
