Three-Way Alignment Meeting
Sponsor, coachee, and coach meet to align on coaching agenda, goals, and success measures.
Exploration with Coachee
Initial deep-dive conversation to understand the leader's perspective, challenges, aspirations, and current situation.
Assessment (Selective)
Tailored assessments based on coaching needs: 360-degree feedback, behavioral interviews, HOGAN, EQ-i 2.0, or VIA Character Strengths.
Goals Formulation
Co-create clear, measurable coaching goals based on exploration, assessment insights, and organizational context.
Goal Review with Sponsor
Confirm coaching goals with sponsor, align on success measures, and establish checkpoint schedule.
Coaching Sessions, Execution & Progress Measurement
Regular one-to-one coaching conversations (60–90 minutes) focused on thinking, self-awareness, decisions, and leadership behavior. Between-session reflection and accountability to embed learning.
Closing Review with Sponsor
Structured conversation with sponsor to review outcomes, behavioral shifts, leadership impact, and overall coaching effectiveness.
Soft Close
Final reflection with coachee on learning, integration of insights, and next steps for continued growth.
